ФІНАНСУВАННЯ РОЗВИТКУ ІНДУСТРІЇ 4.0 І ЦИРКУЛЯРНОЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ В КРАЇНАХ ЄС ТА УКРАЇНІ

Анотація
Автор працює над розв՚язанням важливої та актуальної проблеми фінансування розвитку Індустрії 4.0 і циркулярної економіки. Мета дослідження полягає в обґрунтуванні особливостей фінансового забезпечення розвитку Індустрії 4.0 і циркулярної економіки в Україні та країнах ЄС з урахуванням використання інноваційних джерел фінансування поряд із традиційними. Основні результати дослідження ґрунтуються на проведеному порівняльному аналізі фінансових показників України та країн ЄС, які відображають обсяги залучених у країну коштів, у тому числі й для розвитку індустрії та циркулярної економіки, зокрема це: чистий приплив прямих іноземних інвестицій; гранти та інші доходи; видатки на дослідження й розробки. Проаналізовано обсяги фінансування інноваційного розвитку за основними програмами ЄС (2021-2027), які відповідають розбудові індустрії та циркулярної економіки й участь у яких сприятиме залученню грантових коштів у країну. На основі проведеного кореляційно-регресійного аналізу виявлення взаємозв’язку обсягів грантового фінансування з високотехнологічним експортом та експортом ІКТ-послуг України обґрунтовано важливість активізації міжнародної участі вітчизняних підприємств у різноманітних грантових програмах ЄС для залучення фінансових ресурсів до розвитку Індустрії 4.0 і циркулярної економіки. Запропоновано розширити джерела фінансування розвитку Індустрії 4.0 і циркулярної економіки та поєднувати інноваційні джерела (грантове фінансування, краудфандинг, венчурний капітал, кошти від токенізації цифрових активів) залучення фінансових ресурсів із традиційними (бюджетне фінансування, власні кошти підприємств, прямі іноземні інвестиції, банківські кредити, кошти приватних інвесторів, кошти державних програм співфінансування тощо).
Результати розв՚язання науково-практичної проблеми стануть у пригоді урядові України для розробки стратегії подальшого розвитку Індустрії 4.0 і циркулярної економіки з урахуванням переходу до концепції Індустрії 5.0 у контексті вдосконалення механізму фінансування шляхом упровадження інноваційних джерел залучення фінансових ресурсів.
