Анотація
Статтю присвячено розробці та практичній апробації авторської адаптивної багаторівневої синергетичної моделі оцінювання сталого розвитку підприємств аграрного туризму, яка інтегрує управління людським капіталом, професійну освіту й фінансове забезпечення в єдину систему підтримки управлінських рішень. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю формування нових методичних підходів до комплексного оцінювання сталого розвитку підприємств аграрного туризму в умовах цифрової трансформації, посилення конкуренції, нестабільності економічного середовища та зростання ролі людського капіталу як стратегічного чинника конкурентоспроможності.
Методологічною основою дослідження є авторська модель AMSAM, яка поєднує адаптивне нелінійне перетворення показників, параметричну ентропію Цалліса для визначення інформаційної значущості критеріїв, метод аналізу ієрархій, логістичний механізм інтегрування статистичних та експертних вагових коефіцієнтів, регуляризовану відстань Махаланобіса для врахування кореляційної структури даних і синергетичне агрегування інтегральних оцінок. Практичну апробацію моделі здійснено на вибірці українських підприємств аграрного туризму з використанням відкритої інформації та експертного оцінювання показників, що не представлені у фінансовій звітності. Науковий супровід експертного оцінювання та перевірки узгодженості вагових коефіцієнтів забезпечено за участю фахівців Глухівського національного педагогічного університету імені Олександра Довженка (Україна) та Міжнародної академії прикладних наук у Ломжі (Польща). Результати дослідження підтвердили високу дискримінаційну здатність запропонованої моделі та її спроможність комплексно оцінювати рівень сталого розвитку підприємств. Запропонований методичний підхід має універсальний характер і може бути адаптований для оцінювання підприємств інших галузей економіки, діяльність яких ґрунтується на ефективному використанні людського капіталу, знань і фінансових ресурсів.
