Анотація
Стаття присвячена актуальним питанням цифровізації публічно-приватного партнерства як стратегічного інструмента забезпечення економічної безпеки держави в умовах глобальної нестабільності й воєнних ризиків. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена об’єктивною потребою залучення приватного капіталу для масштабного повоєнного економічного відновлення в умовах критичного дефіциту бюджетних ресурсів. У свою чергу, отримання достатнього рівня приватних інвестицій можливе лише за рахунок дотримання принципів прозорості, підзвітності й алгоритмічної довіри, що стає можливим за рахунок використання цифрових екосистем і сучасних технологічних рішень. Мета дослідження полягає в комплексному науковому обґрунтуванні ролі цифровізації публічно-приватного партнерства як стратегічного імперативу зміцнення економічної безпеки держави. У ході дослідження здійснено теоретико-методологічний аналіз трансформації концепції партнерства від централізованих структур до сучасних мережевих моделей «Digital PPP» та «4P». За допомогою інструментарію Google Trends проведено компаративну оцінку динаміки та географічного розподілу суспільного інтересу до питань публічно-приватного партнерства та цифровізації. На основі інформації бази даних Scopus здійснено поглиблений бібліометричний аналіз публікаційної активності, галузевої структури та географії досліджень, присвячених цифровізації публічно-приватного партнерства в контексті забезпечення економічної безпеки держави.
Кластеризація наукового ландшафту з використанням програмного забезпечення VOSviewer виявила три найбільш поширені напрями вивчення тематики: фундаментальні основи публічно-приватного партнерства, технологічні аспекти цифровізації та публічне управління й роль держави. Особливу увагу в ході дослідження приділено хронологічному аналізові еволюції наукових підходів до дослідження ролі цифровізації в публічно-приватному партнерстві. У статті також окреслено перспективні аспекти цифровізації системи публічно-приватного партнерства для забезпечення економічної безпеки та повоєнного відновлення держави.
