ПЕРСОНАЛ І ФІНАНСИ ЯК ІННОВАЦІЙНІ РЕСУРСИ ПРОЄКТНОГО МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ КЛАСТЕРОУТВОРЮЮЧИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ У СМАРТЕКОНОМІЦІ

Анотація
У роботі досліджено роль персоналу та фінансів як ключових інноваційних ресурсів проєктного менеджменту кластероутворюючих підприємств у контексті становлення смартекономіки. Визначено, що ефективне управління людським і фінансовим капіталом забезпечує підвищення економічно-фінансової безпеки, стійкості й конкурентоспроможності підприємств. На основі порівняльного аналізу діяльності провідних агрохолдингів і аграрних компаній України охарактеризовано специфіку їхніх бізнес-моделей і визначено індикатори кадрової стабільності, технічного стану, фінансової автономії й рентабельності. Застосування економетричних моделей із використанням панельних даних дозволило виявити значний вплив продуктивності праці та фінансової стійкості на результати діяльності кластерних підприємств. Запропоновано інтегральний підхід до оцінювання ефективності управління персоналом і фінансами, що базується на системі комплексних показників і дозволяє мінімізувати ризики у високоневизначеному середовищі. Обґрунтовано, що інноваційність у використанні кадрових і фінансових ресурсів формує основу для синергетичного розвитку кластерних об’єднань, сприяє стратегічній адаптивності підприємств і посилює їхній потенціал у глобалізованій економіці.
