Анотація
Досліджено впровадження інноваційних методів управління в агропромисловому секторі з метою модернізації виробничих процесів. Обговорюються виклики, із якими стикається агропромисловий сектор у задоволенні зростаючого попиту на продовольство, а також необхідність підвищення ефективності та стійкості. Також обґрунтовується важливість співпраці між різними зацікавленими сторонами, включаючи державні установи, учасників галузі та дослідників, для сприяння інноваціям та забезпечення успішного впровадження цих практик. Автори доходять висновку, що впровадження інноваційних методів управління в агропромисловому секторі має важливе значення для модернізації, сталого розвитку та задоволення зростаючого попиту на продовольство, і закликають до подальших досліджень та інвестицій у цю сферу. Увагу зосередено на важливості модернізації в агропромисловому секторі та інноваційних управлінських практиках, необхідних для досягнення цієї мети. Автори статті твердять, що інновації мають вирішальне значення для успіху агропромислового сектора, і наводять приклади інноваційних практик, які впроваджуються в різних країнах. Також підкреслюють важливість ефективних управлінських практик для забезпечення успішного впровадження цих інновацій. У дослідженні також обговорюється роль менеджменту в забезпеченні успіху цих інноваційних практик. Автори підкреслюють важливість ефективної комунікації, співпраці та лідерства в упровадженні інноваційних практик та управлінні змінами.
